If you are not fully satisfied with your service we will gladly accommodate you within 7 days. 

We ask for 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation for all spa services under 1 hour, and 48 hours notice for all appointments longer than 1 hour. Failure to give correct notice will result in full payment of missed appointment prior to rescheduling.
